Basically you have few choices - do it at dentist office, to do it at home with kit dentist prepared for you or to do it on your own with help of products you can buy at local drug stores.
There are some cases when you should not use teeth whitening:
1. If you're younger then 16
2. For women - if you're breastfeeding or pregnant
3. If you have very sensitive or diseased gums
4. If you have untreated cavities
5. If enamel of your teeth is too thin
6. If you have caps or crowns on front teeth
7. If you have extremely dark stains
8. If you are allergic to peroxide
9. You don't intend to stop smoking after treatment
