Then relatively high-concentration peroxide gel (20% to 35% concentration) or it's derivates (carbamide or hydrogen) is applied to the teeth.
At the end dentist uses laser (or light) to target internal teeth stains below the surface of the tooth and bleach them.

This whitening method is highly effective and requires short time. You need about an hour per treatment, and you can get perfectly white teeth in just few days while with other methods you need at least few weeks... Also you are in professional hands and do not need to worry about anything.
